Delivery and Pickup Policy

Pickup and delivery are confirmed case by case. Nearby delivery may be free where the farm has active routes; longer distance delivery may carry a charge.

If an address is outside the current route, we may offer pickup, a later delivery slot, or cancellation before preparation.

Delivery timing is an estimate until confirmed by the farm. Weather, preparation time, traffic, livestock handling, and harvest timing can affect dispatch.

Customers should be reachable by phone or WhatsApp during delivery.

Delivery charges are shared before final confirmation. Charges may depend on distance, order value, product type, and whether cold/fresh handling is needed.

The website estimate is guidance only unless confirmed by the farm.

Fresh cut products, eggs, fish, fruits, and livestock products are handled with care and dispatched after confirmation. Please inspect products at pickup or delivery.

Any issue should be reported immediately with photos where possible.
