Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how Venkateswara Farms accepts enquiries, confirms orders, handles delivery, and manages customer and partner-farmer requests.

Orders and confirmation
Products shown on the website are based on current farm stock and seasonal planning. An order is final only after Venkateswara Farms confirms availability, price, quantity, delivery or pickup time, and payment method on WhatsApp or phone.
Cart checkout helps send a clear request. It does not guarantee stock until the farm confirms it.
Prices and Family Club
Prices can change based on live farm stock, product weight, market conditions, season, and delivery distance. Family Club prices apply only after payment is confirmed, a membership ID is activated by admin, and a member price is shown or confirmed by the farm.
Any website price shown incorrectly because of a data entry or technical issue may be corrected before final confirmation.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is available only in selected service areas and only after confirmation. Delivery charges may apply based on distance, product type, order size, route, and delivery timing.
Customers must provide a reachable phone number, correct delivery area, and any location details needed for delivery.
Fresh products and substitutions
Fresh meat, eggs, fish, fruits, poultry, sheep, and goats depend on farm availability. If an item is unavailable, the farm may suggest a substitute, different quantity, pickup option, or later delivery date.
Fresh cut products are usually prepared only after confirmation, so cancellation after preparation may not be accepted.
Partner farmer requests
Submitting a partner farmer request does not guarantee approval, purchase, listing, or payment. Approved requests first become draft internal product entries and are reviewed before anything is published to customers.
Rejected requests include a reason where possible. Farmers must submit accurate contact, product, price, and media details.
